Started in 1985 when Allan Topolinsky left his job at Hope Construction to Pursuit starting his own company. 30 plus years later Allan has kept TAT Construction Ltd. a successful and reputable construction company in the Niagara area by keeping close relationships with subcontractors, Consultants, & Business Owners

  Today TAT Construction Ltd. Ownership has be transferred to son-in-law Joseph Bisson, which will make the company a second-generation, family owned business. Joe started working for his father-in-law in 2012. He proved himself as laborer/carpenter before moving to job superintendent to project manager.
